Terms of Service
Last updated f 16, 2026
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the ARXD Control platform and the managed services delivered by ARXD Technologies, a subsidiary of ARXD LLC. Where a signed service agreement exists between you and ARXD, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity of users you invite. Notify us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised; we can revoke sessions and rotate credentials.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used to manage infrastructure you are not authorized to manage, to attempt to access another organization's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. Enrollment credentials are issued per device and must not be shared.
Remote commands
Remote command execution is a privileged capability. It is restricted by role, requires an authenticated session, and every execution is recorded with the command, the issuing user, the target device and the returned output.
Availability
We target the availability commitments stated in your plan. Planned maintenance is scheduled and announced; the status page reflects the observed state of the platform rather than an advertised one.
Billing
Subscription status and invoice state are determined by our billing system. Access to paid capability follows the recorded subscription state, not the interface.
Liability
The service is provided to support your operations. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved between the parties.
