Who we are
ARXD LLC is the legal entity responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Managed services are delivered by ARXD Technologies, a subsidiary of ARXD LLC, using the ARXD Control platform. Questions about this policy can be sent to the address on our contact page.
What we collect
When you contact us we store the name, email address, company and message you provide so that we can respond to your enquiry. When you become a customer, we store account, billing and support information necessary to deliver the service.
Infrastructure telemetry
Devices enrolled in ARXD Control report hardware inventory, operating system details, installed software, running services and periodic resource metrics (CPU, memory, disk and network utilization). This data is collected to operate and support the systems you have asked us to manage. Inventory collection is configurable and can be narrowed on request.
What we do not collect
The ARXD agent does not capture screen contents, keystrokes, personal files or browsing history. Remote command execution is an explicit, permissioned action performed by a named technician and is recorded in the audit trail.
Access control
Customer data is segregated by organization. A user belonging to one organization cannot read another organization\u2019s records; this is enforced on the server for every request, not in the interface. Every privileged action is written to an append-only audit log.
Data retention
Contact enquiries are retained while they are operationally useful. Telemetry is retained according to the retention window configured by your service provider. Audit records are retained to satisfy accountability requirements.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for erasure where we are not required to retain it. Requests should be sent to the address on our contact page.
Sub-processors
ARXD operates its own infrastructure. Where a third-party service is used, the data shared is limited to what that service requires and is documented in your service agreement. Email is delivered through a transactional mail provider, card payments are handled by Stripe — ARXD never sees or stores card details — and business voice, where it is enabled, is provided by SignalWire, which carries call audio in order to connect the call. ARXD does not record calls. Each provider receives only the data needed for the service it performs, and each is bound by its own data processing terms.
